Nicolas Billaud is a seasoned real       estate executive with over 25 years of experience in investment, development, and capital markets across Europe and the United States.

Before founding Miami Square Capital, he held senior leadership roles within major real estate groups, including Foncière Euris (a Paris-listed company), where he directed €1.8 billion in commercial and mixed-use developments across France, Germany, and Poland.

Now based in Florida, he focuses on connecting European capital with U.S. real estate developers to create long-term, value-driven partnerships.
